Yes, it's true! We ship worldwide. Your SHADES products are shipped from our warehouse located in either UK or Germany and will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know your parcel is on its way. If you chose tracked delivery you will receive a Order Tracking Number in this e-mail.
Please note that all shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import duties or taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of SHADES products and we do not accept responsibility for them under any circumstances. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
